has become an inevitable aspect of our existence. We may feel overburdened and

method of stress management. Just think of how good it would feel to reward
yourself with a small treat for each accomplishment, no matter how humble. This
activity not only makes us happy, but it also greatly improves our general
wellbeing and mental health.
